Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering tailored educational programs to students with special needs.
  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging, activity-based lessons that cater to individual learning plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
  • Utilise the school’s advanced facilities to enhance learning and support student development.
  • Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 2 HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • A compassionate and patient approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
  • A commitment to promoting the well-being and academic progress of SEN students.
