Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Year 3 students, fostering a love for learning and supporting their academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
